YOU WILL WIN THIS WAR! There are times when we feel swarmed with challenges and seemingly insurmountable hardships. The truth is; we all face a host of issues around our lives at different times, albeit at varying degrees, intensities and colourations.  However, we must realize that the promises of God over His own never fails.  If it seems the hosts of giants are encamped against you, and you wonder if you can ever win against the repeated problems and failures, then it's just the right time to let God prove Himself in your life.  When your faith comes under attack, don't panic or despair , neither let your feelings overtake the realities of the Word of God over you. Trust in the Lord and not in your know-how. To trust in your armour of ability is to lose the battle and play into the enemy's hand. Why not let God lead you and fight your battles.  "One with God is a majority", as the popular saying goes. If God be for you, who can stand against you? Your v...

STOP LAMENTING, TAKE CHARGE Why bemoan the state of things around your life when you can take charge and determine what happens? Imagine God lamenting the state of the earth in Gen 1 without taking actions. Would God have achieved the awesome wonders of that Gen 1 creation if He allowed the emptiness and confusion of the situation to overwhelm him? He brushed aside the challenges and SPOKE to the situation. Don't let the billowing waves of the sea melt your heart with fear. Your victory is as near as t he word of God in your mouth. The problems you encounter will not respond to pity party or communal struggles (Ask the disciples of the sea of Tiberias saga), they would only respond to the authority of the Word you speak just like Jesus did.  Command the sea, Silence the negative voices, Cripple the evil feet that runs with mischief... You will have whatsoever you say!!! Let Grace be your Lifestyle

YOU WILL GO FAR! Pharaoh said, "All right. I'll release you to go and sacrifice to your God in the wilderness. ONLY DON'T GO TOO FAR. Now pray for me." Ex 8:28 (MSG. Emphasis mine). Have you ever experienced a regressive progress before in your life? Have you ever known the destructive force of being pulled back by the chains, just at the threshold of breakthrough? That is where the enemy wants you: making motion without significant advancement. Pharaoh's tactics is to let them go, but not too far. He aimed to give the people a semblance of freedom, but with conditional clauses: You are still tied in bondage though you think you are free. To go away from slavery and servitude, yet have the reins pulled in to draw us back into the abyss of failure at the whims and caprices of the enemy is the strategy the devil has employed from ages past. It's time you choose to have true freedom than the freedom of the world that comes with terms and conditions ...

GOD HAS SET THE TIME     Exodus 9:4-6 (MSG) 4. God will draw a sharp line between the livestock of Israel and the livestock of Egypt. Not one animal that belongs to the  Israelites  will die.'  5. Then God set the time: " Tomorrow  God will do this thing." 6. And the next day God did it.     We all have had to work towards one appointment or the other in our lives. Most times, in order not to miss such appointment, we find ourselves synchronizing our watches with alarm devices to ensure that we do not miss the set time.   In this scripture, we find God setting the time for an action that will set His people apart from experiencing any kind of loss, and move them nearer to their season of deliverance. You need to realize that as a spiritual seed of Abraham, God is committed to distinguishing you and ensuring the protection of the blessing he has bestowed on you.   Heaven's commitment to your prosperit...

GOD WILL HELP YOU! Welcome to a new month. Many will be sending April fool messages, but I want you to know that God never fools you. There are times in our lives when we are confused, feel left all alone in the world, rejected, despised, troubled, tempted and fallen. Such times we mostly groan hoping for succour in the face of enemy attacks, seeing no sure way of escape if a miracle doesn't happen. God says He will always show up for us, make Himself strong on our behalf so long as we have are mind stayed on Him. Let me encourage you to not be discouraged. Don't despair, because God will never leave you. He has promised to save; He remains 'THE VERY PRESENT HELP IN TROUBLE'. All God requires of you is to trust Him enough to call upon Him. He declared in Psalm 50:15, "Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me." It doesn't matter how difficult the situation is, He will sort you. Let not the devil lie to...

THE ARK IS ON ITS WAY----THE BLESSING IS RETURNING I SAMUEL 5 & 6 II SAMUEL 6:12-23 Moses was instructed to build the ark of covenant by in Exodus 25. This became the symbol of God’s presence among the people. As we journey through the national life of Israel, we see the ark playing vital roles in the territorial expansion in Jordan, Jericho, Ai etc, as well as the defense of Israel’s territorial integrity against hostile and marauding nations. It was also a reference in worship for the nation, and by 1 Samuel 1:9; 1 Samuel 3:3, the ark had made its abode in a consecrated temple at Shiloh. However, it became a source of worry to the enemy as it was seen as the power behind the untamed strength of Israel, hence the desire by the Philistines to take a grab and thereby waste Israel as they desired. They cried foul at the entry of the ark into the battlefield. So they became obsessed with snatching the perceived powerhouse of the children of God. Read me clearly my fri...

STOP THE EXCUSES: JUST RISE AND WALK

I have been away from this endeavour too long for comfort. Back now to stay and give the best of God to the world, follow me as we navigate life together mostly through the eyes of the scriptures. Heb. 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that DILIGENTLY seek him. (emphasis mine) Many a times, I have come to a point in life where it becomes quite easy to excuse away my inactions, and look for how to lay the blame on someone else or some kind of occurrence. But I have soon come to realise that playing the blame game would not make it  right or bring the success I dream until I make moves and pursue diligently my goals. Let this time of your life not be a season of excuses. Laxity is the nemesis of progress! It becomes a mere conjecture of the dreamer to only desire without pursuing. When desire is only in the realm of inertia without corresponding action...
