THE ARK IS ON ITS WAY----THE BLESSING IS RETURNING I SAMUEL 5 & 6 II SAMUEL 6:12-23 Moses was instructed to build the ark of covenant by in Exodus 25. This became the symbol of God’s presence among the people. As we journey through the national life of Israel, we see the ark playing vital roles in the territorial expansion in Jordan, Jericho, Ai etc, as well as the defense of Israel’s territorial integrity against hostile and marauding nations. It was also a reference in worship for the nation, and by 1 Samuel 1:9; 1 Samuel 3:3, the ark had made its abode in a consecrated temple at Shiloh. However, it became a source of worry to the enemy as it was seen as the power behind the untamed strength of Israel, hence the desire by the Philistines to take a grab and thereby waste Israel as they desired. STOP THE EXCUSES: JUST RISE AND WALK

I have been away from this endeavour too long for comfort. Back now to stay and give the best of God to the world, follow me as we navigate life together mostly through the eyes of the scriptures. Heb. 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that DILIGENTLY seek him. (emphasis mine) Many a times, I have come to a point in life where it becomes quite easy to excuse away my inactions, and look for how to lay the blame on someone else or some kind of occurrence. But I have soon come to realise that playing the blame game would not make it  right or bring the success I dream until I make moves and pursue diligently my goals. Let this time of your life not be a season of excuses. Laxity is the nemesis of progress! It becomes a mere conjecture of the dreamer to only desire without pursuing. When desire is only in the realm of inertia without corresponding action...
